Yes. The first site visit, requirement discussion and written budget estimate cost you nothing. Detailed structural and MEP drawings are chargeable only if you want them prepared before awarding the contract.

Our core operating region is Delhi NCR — South Delhi, Okhla, Jamia Nagar, Noida, Faridabad and Gurugram. We do take projects outside NCR, but those are quoted after a feasibility visit since logistics affect both cost and schedule.

Payments are milestone-linked — foundation, each slab, masonry, finishing stages and handover. You pay after a stage is completed and verified, never as a lump sum in advance.

Certainly. We regularly execute third-party architectural designs. We'll review the drawings, flag anything that needs structural or MEP coordination, and quote against the given specification.

Typically two to four weeks after the agreement is signed — the gap covers approvals, material scheduling and crew allocation. Urgent starts can sometimes be arranged; ask when you call.
